Robert Marzetti, P. Eng.
President & CEO
Robert has experience in operations, project management and executive leadership in a wide range of industries including; steel production, mining and metallurgy, nuclear fuels, chemicals and petro-chemicals, power and oil & gas. He joined Bermingham Foundation Solutions in June of 2016 and was appointed President and CEO in January of 2017.
VP Finance & Administration
Jon has worked in the Construction Industry for 37 years and the last 28 years within the Soletanche Bachy Group. His past postings have been Australia/ New Zealand, South East Asia and the Middle East. Jon Heads up the very experienced Finance and Administration Team of Bermingham Foundation Solutions.
Andrew Weltz, P. Eng.
VP Project Delivery
Andrew has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. Throughout his 20 year career Andrew has managed projects for Roads, Railways, Building, Industrial, Commercial and Marine Projects. Andrew is responsible for overseeing project delivery at Bermingham. Andrew received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University.
Steven England, P. Eng.
As Vice President of Berminghammer, Steven is responsible for Bermingham’s Manufacturing Division, including Sales, Design Engineering, Fleet Operations, Manufacturing and managing the Hamilton yard. Steven has nearly 20 years’ experience in equipment engineering and manufacturing.
Todd Barlow, P. Eng.
Todd has been involved with Geotechnical Construction for nearly 25 years – mostly with Bermingham. He has a BASc. in Geological Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Todd is responsible for our Construction Operations including all aspects of the safe and efficient execution of our Deep Foundation and Earth Retention work.
Thomas Krasny, P. Eng.
VP Business Development
Thomas has developed knowledge though a long career working in construction management, overseeing projects from both an Estimating/Marketing and a Project Delivery perspective. Thomas is responsible for managing business development activities, estimating and contract negotiations for Bermingham. Thomas is a Professional Engineer who holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
Brian Abele, P. Eng.
Brian has worked in a broad spectrum of construction disciplines during his 25 year career including heavy foundation, infrastructure, marine, water and wastewater. As Construction Manager, Brian is responsible for operational support of the construction division. The Construction Manager’s responsibility is to provide project specific operational support while working closely with the VP of Operations, General Superintendent, Project Managers and all field staff.
Jeff Thomson, P.Eng
Jeff has worked on and managed a large variety of marine and land based civil infrastructure projects throughout North America during his career. As Construction Manager, Jeff is responsible for operational support of the construction division. The Construction Manager’s responsibility is to provide project specific operational support while working closely with the VP of Operations, General Superintendent, Project Managers and all field staff.

Health & Safety Manager
Ben is an experienced Health And Safety Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing and construction industries. He is skilled in Health and Safety Management system implementation, oversight, training, investigations, and safety team leadership and is a certified COR internal auditor.
