Berminghammer has a long history taking customers that have never driven or drilled before and turning them into experts in their field. The nature of Berminghammer’s equipment is that it is innovative, thus likely new to your crews and will require training for most to pick up most efficiently. The amount of training is dependant on the team’s current comfort level, some will need more, some will need less. Berminghammer offers several different levels of product support targeted at when the customers first rig up the system. Even accomplished professionals benefit from the expertise a dedicated technician brings to the assembly and operations of a new system. Tips and tricks for assembly and operation are numerous, and our technicians have travelled the world teaching.

On-site Assembly Advisor

Typical Duties: Advise as to the assembly of Berminghammer equipment on-site
Deliverable: Equipment ready to use by the customer’s own operators

Hydraulic Specialist / Mechanical Service Technician

Typical Duties: Advise as to the proper installation of custom Berminghammer Hydraulic Retrofits and Equipment Repair.
Deliverable: Equipment ready to use by the customer’s own operators

Application Specialist

Typical Duties: Advise to the applicable methodology and process.
Deliverable: Detailed application specific support to supervisors and crew on site.

Operator Trainer

Typical Duties: Instruct as to specific safe operation of Berminghammer equipment. Involves training checklists and procedures for operators and supervisors on cranes and drill rigs.
Deliverable: Detailed application specific support for crane and drill rig equipment operation.
